WHEREAS, heeding the advice of the municipal evaluators, the august body deem it fitting
and proper to move for the construction of at least THREE (3) PICK UP POINTS
as initial
WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. APOLINAR B. MICAYABAS, JR, duly seconded by
HON. BAE MERLYN S. DAYONDON, it was RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED to pass A COUNCIL RESOLUTION APPROVING FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P50,000.00) AS PER APPROVED PROGRAM OF WORK (POW) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE
(3) PILOT MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY IN STRATEGIC AREAS OF NORTH POBLACION TO
SERVE AS DEPOSITORY OF SEGREGATED HOUSEHOLD WASTES AND AS PICK UP POINTS FOR
GARBAGE COLLECTORS, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE 2021 BUDGET FOR ECOLOGICAL SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for
reference purposes.
