C. Answer the following questions
• 1 With the help of Mail Merge feature we can send the same letter to
a number of people.
• 2 Data Source : A file where all the addresses of the recipients are
stored is called data source.

• 4. Following steps will help us to create mail merge:
• Step1 : Click on mailing tab on the ribbon
• Step2 : Click on Start Mail Merge option then select from letters
• Step3: Type the letter you want to send
• Step 4: Select Recieptiants snd create Recipients list
• Step5 : Fill entry by clicking on New Entry
• Step6: Save Data Source file by giving suitable name
• Step7: Insert Merged Fields in the letter
• Step8 : Click on Finish and Merge to complete the proccess
