- Globe Telecom, Inc. (GLO) was originally incorporated on January 16,
1935 as Globe Wireless Limited with a franchise to operate wireless long
distance message services in the Philippines. The Company eventually
changed its name to the present one in 1992, and welcomed Singapore
Telecom, Inc. as a new foreign partner the following year. GLO is a
telecommunications company that provides digital wireless communication
services nationwide under the "Globe Postpaid", "Globe Prepaid", and
"TM" brands using a fully digital network. The Company also offers
domestic and international long distance communication services or
carrier services. GLO currently has 76.6 million mobile subscribers
(including fully mobile broadband), 3.8 million Home Broadband
customers, and 1.6 million landline subscribers.

voice, and broadband services. It operates through two segments: mobile
and fixed line/broadband. Mobile involves traditional mobile services and
contributes the majority of company revenue. Within the mobile division,

- I think having an eye for the big picture. Because being a creative director
I should have a sharp eye for the bigger picture and plan ahead. Have a
clear idea of what I want to achieve and how to get there. Being up to date
on market movements and industry trends. So that I can keep my team on
schedule and observe how all of the moving pieces of development work
together to create a unique design.
b. “How are you adding value”?
- I am adding value to my agency by giving time to my business. One of the
most important qualities to have is time management, but many
businesses and individuals struggle with this concept. Small businesses,
in particular, cannot afford to waste time due to lack of proper time
management. The advantages of good time management, on the other
hand, are immeasurable. Businesses that use effective time management
are better positioned to deliver their product or service on time every time.
