A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard

work
Hard work is the most important key to success. Without being willing to work hard and put
everything into a venture, success is nearly impossible. It has been proven that recognition of
one’s efforts is more highly valued than money. Ladies and gentlemen, this afternoon, we will be
having the Awarding Program of the Most Numbered Malunggay Plantation in the District. To
formally start our program, May I request everyone to please stand for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem, to be conducted by Mrs. Mary Faith Cole, & please remain so for
the Prayer to be led by Mrs. Emelie Lebita, Sugbo & Tuburan Hymn to be conducted by Mrs.
Hana Marie Luyao.
To give to us her words of welcome, may I call on our District Caretaker, Mrs. Jacqueline F.
Mangabon.
There is a meaningful reason why we are gathered here today. And to deliver the statement of
Purpose for this afternoon’s activity, may I call on the Principal of Sto. Nino ES, at the same
time our District NGP Coordinator, Mrs. Flora A. Montebon.
People without hardwork, nothing grows but weeds. While people with hardwork and dedication
grows with success. This time, some of our colleagues will reap the fruit of their labor. And now
ladies and gentlemen, is the Awarding Proper, and to do honor, may I call
on_____________________________________________.
To inspire us all, we shall now hear an important message coming from our beloved Municipal
Vice Mayor, Hon. Democrito Ajun M. Diamante.
♦ Thank you very much for the very inspiring and insightful messages you imparted this
afternoon. May your messages motivate us to strive harder.
At this moment, let us hear a response message, on behalf of the awardees, may I call on, the
Head Teacher 3 of Sumon IS, Mrs. Enidima O. Ponsica.
In every beginning, there is always an end. To deliver his closing remarks, may I call on the
principal of Kansi ES, Mr. Aquilino Villafranca.
