  B. About the projects that I was attached to:
1.) The Bagul resort:
     Location: Pune, Maharashtra
     Type: Architecture, interior
     Client: Mr. Bagul
Concept: The site is located in Mulshi, Pune. The site is about 21 acres.
The site being an abode to nature and fauna. Most vivid of them being the
marvels of nature- peacock, was design with the guidance of the same, in an
attempt to maintain harmony with the context of the natural landscape.
As we have taken peacock as a concept, all the colours used in the design
are picked from the feathers of the peacock. All the designs, exterior and
interior products are inspired from the same.
Task assigned and executed: The requirement of the client was to built a
luxury resort and creating spaces like never before. The requirement list
included: The pool area with spa and the clubhouse, grand reception area,
restaurant, bar, meditation centre, banquet hall with lawn, cottages, pool
side deluxe rooms. The main task was of allot all these area on the master
plan of such large scale site keeping in mind the accessibility.
So, once the masterplan was design then the areas were divided amongst
employees, each one was given a different area. My area was the pool, spa
and clubhouse area with the deluxe room. The area was design in such a
way that it doesn’t loose the essence of the concept ‘peacock’.
So the shape of the pool was arrived from peacock’s feather and clubhouse
was designed accordingly. As the site was a contour land play of levels has
     been done.
Once all the areas were designed then the finals master plan by combing all
places were made, then the design was taken on the next level which was
3D. Then by combining all the area, presentation was made to for the
client. Once the client approval is done the next thing was to start the
     working drawings.
My learnings: The main thing I learnt was how to handle such large scale of
site. The concept deriving is very important in such large scale so that all the
spaces follow the same language. Team work and coordination are the key
elements. How levels play important part in massing when it is a contour site.
We learned the art of showing creativity carrying all the constraints like budget,
client requirements, construction area and over all ambience.
We learned was how sensitive we need to be while making working drawings
and literally think like a layman.
2.) The Rayewars residence
     Location: Pune, Maharashtra
     Type: Interior
     Client: Mr. Mangesh Rayewar
Concept: It is an apartment, the main challenge in cities like pune is the
area crunch, as it is a over populated city due to educational hub, It is very
difficult to get spacious houses in a good price, results in vertical
development. Hence luxurious interiors in compact spaces are in trend. As
the requirement of the clients were very high it was a challenge to fulfil all
     the demands and design according.
The concept itself was to provide comtemporary interiors in compact
     spaces.
Task assigned and executed: The spaces here is used in such a way that
each and every corner is utilized. There was no chance of wasting space.
Storage spaces were created in unexpected spaces. Bunk beds were
provided. Compact furnitures are provided. The site is currently at finishing
stage. We also made working drawings of same.
My learnings: The main thing I learned was to design compact interiors.
Colour schemes that should be provided in such spaces. Elements such as
mirrors can be provided for so that it creates illusion of larger spaces. I also
learned how to make workings drawings of bed & bed back, wardrobe,
     false ceiling etc.
3.) Container café
   Location: Pune, Maharastra
   Type: Architecture, interior
   Client: Mr. Manan Bhalerao
Concept: The site is located Pune, near the beach side. We had dockyard
on one side, and the requirements of the client were as per follows:
-Creating such a structure in which construction is not necessary,
    -Which is portable,
    -Less construction cost
    -More open spaces
Hence “dockyard” is taken as a concept. Containers used in dockyards
    instead of heavy brick structures.
Task assigned and executed: The task given to me was to design and plan
and place the containers in such a way that it creates interesting inter
connection between containers. Deciding upon open v/s closed spaces and
landscape keeping the beauty of the site. Opening were provided in each
    container.
My learnings: Got to know about material like container and its uses in
architecture. The method to inculcate context in the design. The method of
treating element like container as a café space and providing interesting
spaces by interconnections. Creating hangout spaces in between the
    containers.
4.) Shinde Residence
    Location: Pune, Maharashtra
    Type: Interior
    Client: Mr. Shinde
The concept itself was to provide contemporary interiors in compact spaces
   and play of colours.
Task assigned and executed: My major task was to play with colour
combinations and design and provide luxurious interiors. Major selection
with clients (ply wood seletion, light seletion, interior elements selection),
Site visits, monitoring carpenters was the main task assigned.
My learnings: I was leading this project so the main thing I learned was
coordination. Coordination between workers, vendors etc. Colour schemes
that should be provided in such spaces. Elements such as mirrors can be
provided for so that it creates illusion of larger spaces. I also learned how to
make workings drawings of bed & bed back, wardrobe, false ceiling etc.
5.) Kadam Residence
   Concept:
