Findings of the Monitoring Activities

Distribution in this time of pandemic is challenging, however we managed to do it successfully
because of rigid monitoring of the nurses in charge as well as the school head. They always reminds
us the things that we must do and how to do. They keep us posted to be updated with what’s new
and other concerns. They also done physical monitoring to see the real situation about the delivery,
distribution and others. They give us some suggestions and recommendations. They are also open for
queries 24/7 thru personal message.
Of course, on the other hand, we want to know the feedback of the program by asking the
parents, we’ve done this though chat. And happily, they said that this program helps a lot in terms of
understanding the importance of eating healthy food, praying, proper hand washing and brushing the
teeth (good grooming and personal hygiene). We sent videos we sent them videos (from YouTube)
and we ask the help of their parents/guardian to explain the thought of the videos.

III. Issues Encountered and Actions Taken

V. Good Practices and Lesson Learned

Communication in this time of pandemic is really important. To make the program successful,
we have to gain the cooperation of the parents. Parents understand the objective of this program.
They start to give extra care to their child's health by giving them nutritious food, washing hands
regularly, brushing the teeth every after meals and praying before eating. In this time of pandemic,
parents realized the importance of health, the importance of having a strong immune system.
