‫ﺗﻢ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺪﻡ ﻭﺍﺗﻀﺢ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻻ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ‪/‬ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﻪ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ ﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩﻩ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻬﻴﺌﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺒﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﻪ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺮﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ‪.‬‬

‫ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎﺕ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﻪ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺟﺎﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﻗﺴﻢ ﺃﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻣﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ ﺍﻻﻃﻼﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺘﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﻦ ﻭﻓﻨﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﺘﻤﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .3‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻥ ﻳﺤﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻴﺌﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺒﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ ‪.‬‬
