RESOLUTION NO. 15-2021
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL
ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM 01-2021 APPROVING FOR COVID-19 PRIORITY AND BASIC NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (200,000.00)
WHEREAS, Under Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01 dated March 27, 2020, allowed the utilization of 20% development fund of the Annual Internal Revenue Allotment for Development Projects in view of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
WHEREAS, The 20% DF shall likewise be allowed to be used for the following Covid- 19 related expenses: 1. Personal Protective Materials P 50,000.00 2. Medicines and Vitamins P 50,000.00 3. Fuel P 10,000.00 4. Food Assistance and Relief Goods P 90,000.00
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Rolando D. Fernando duly seconded by
Councilor Romeo P. Francisco and all the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 03.
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the resolution recommending the approval of
supplemental Annual Investment Program for CY 2021.
