ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(A) EDUCATIONAL:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Commerce or

Business Economics or Foreign Trade from a recognized University or
Institute, preferably with additional qualification in IT, Computer Science,
Operational Research and Supply Chain management.
(B) EXPERIENCE:
At least fifteen years’ experience in

(i) Managing Cloud technology implementations at National level and
(ii) Should have held Senior Project Manager/System Architect / CTO
roles in previous employments.
(C) DESIRABLE

The total numbers of effective applications are 150 (One Hundred Fifty).

Modalities i) Scrutiny has been done online on the basis of the report
adopted generated by the computer system as per the information
filled up /claims made by the candidates in their online
application. Supporting documents of only those applicants
have been examined which have been found eligible on the
basis of claims made in the application.
ii) Total experience claimed by the candidates has been taken

into consideration, if supported by necessary certificates.
iii) Only the Experience possessed in the relevant fields specified

in the advertisement has been taken into account.

iv) If experience is not in the relevant field as specified in

requisition and advertisement of the post or the calculated
relevant experience is less than the essential period as
specified in the requisition, such candidates have been
rejected under “LEQ-B”.
v) Desirable Qualifications (DQ) for the post have not been

invoked in the extant case.
vi) The candidates who do not possess the relevant essential

educational qualification have been rejected as “LEQ-A”.
vii) Some of the candidates can be rejected under more than one
category. They have been rejected under the most
appropriate category.
viii) The period of experience rendered by a candidate on part

time basis, daily wages, visiting/ guest faculty has not been
counted while calculating the valid experience for
shortlisting the candidates for interview.
ix) 01 year MBA from any foreign University/Institute or 02

years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (by whatsoever
nomenclature) irrespective of mode of study (Part time/Full
Time/ online) has been accepted.
x) Candidates with at least 10 years experience in Cloud

Technology have been considered eligible. However, the
candidate should have total experience of at least 15 years.
xi) Experience in own entity/Self Certification has not been

considered.

the same with substantive ground(s)/reason(s) to SOSPC2.UPSC@NIC.IN by
03.09.2021. Mails received after this would not be opened. No documents are to
be submitted alongwith such e-mails. Even if submitted, they would not be
opened, considered or entertained.
All the representations would be examined and if in any case the

grounds/reasons indicated therein are found to be correct as per criteria and
modalities adopted, such applications would be shortlisted and rejection of
others would be maintained. Thereafter, revised and updated scrutiny details
would be uploaded in this space, if any change is made therein. No individual
reply would be given to any of these e-mails.
2. The shortlisted candidates are requested to bring originals of all the
