OVERVIEW

This documentation focuses solely on how to make a simple yet effective graphic design for posts on
Facebook using Canva. It involves some principles and the process flows on how to make your illustrations
aligned with the client’s needs. Members are expected to comply with the procedures listed.

OBJECTIVES

• To teach the team on how to make a quick illustration that meets the demands of client without
compromising the quality of the graphic

• To engage the team in meeting the client’s deadline using a cost-effective graphic design web
application

• To describe the process or workflow on making a simple graphic design

PROCESS

1. Log in to Canva. Click Template then click Facebook Post.

2. Under Templates, choose your desired template in lined with the client’s demands

3. Edit your post according to your desired content. You may change the pre-set image on the
template. Under Photos search for your desired stock photo. Click then drag on to the image.

4. Change the background of the image. Click the background of the image then click your desired
color.

5. Change the content inside the textbox base on what you want to promote.

6. Save your file. At the upper right-hand corner of Canva, click Download. Save as a PNG file.

7. View your image then post it on Facebook.
