Implementation plan:
Implementation is the act of executing a plan,
decision, or method.
Thus, an implementation plan is the
documented steps you need to take to
successfully achieve your implementation
pursuits. Implementation plans are usually
made to support the strategic plan created by
an organization
• Implementation is the carrying out, execution, or
practice of a plan, a method, or any design, idea,
model, specification, standard or policy for doing
something.
• For an implementation process to be successful,
many tasks between different departments need
to be accomplished in sequence
How to create an
implementation plan:
Step 1: Planning

Step 2: Implement

Step 3: Controlling or leading

Step 4:Monitoring
stages of implementation:
 Exploration
 Installation
 Initial Implementation
 Full Implementation
Exploration:
In exploration we selecting, designing and developing the
intervention to be implemented.
Installation:
In installation where the equipment, software, hardware
or any other computer program is put into a correct
position and made ready to use, whereas implementation
is the step-wise process of putting a decision into action.
Initial implementation:
when the intervention or innovation is put into practice, but
on a small scale as if it were a pilot project. The data about
quality of implementation identify aspects of the
intervention that are difficult to implement.
Full Implementation:
when 50% or more of the intended practitioners,
staff, or team members are using an effective
innovation with fidelity and good outcomes.
Purpose:
Define the tasks/actions required to
implement each selected best practice.
Develop a communication/training and
implementation plan.
Set a timeframe and target dates for the
completion of tasks/actions and
communication/training.
What is the importance of implementing
plans in the workplace?

Work plan makes us proper utilization of time,

resources and budget. A clear plan gives you a
sense of aim and makes you accomplish short term
as well as long term project. When we make a work
plan there is emergence of new ideas and methods
that can be evaluated and then implemented in a
proper way.
