September 15, 2020
Tuesday
Day 1
Panagdait sa tanag kabuhatan. Welcome to the first day in practice
teaching program. Today I am very happy ,excited and nervous, and I
have the privilege of meeting my cooperating teacher Ms. Galiza Joy
Tulabing I am very happy because she is very kind and approachable.
In my first day of internship, I learned that I must teach myself to
start practicing a good practice as a professional teacher beginning with
being punctual in school.

Day 2
My day two of the internship program. I was excited and happy to
come to school. Today, I first day to witness the class of grade 9 and
grade 10, and this time ma’am Tulabing assigned us what grade we
are : I assigned in grade 9 and ma’am Amantiad assigned in grade 10

Wednesday
Day 3
It’s my day three, today we are introducing ourselves in the class
of grade 10 with the ma’am Tulabing and in the afternoon ma’am
Tulabing discussed to use the module for the students and the parts of
the module. I was also able to study the module given to me by my
teacher.

Day 4
Today is my four day and I am excited to join our math zoom class
with my cooperating teacher.
But in this day I was so sad because I have a problem in the
registrar, I have one subject that did not enroll but in that that day I
very thankful because the register, sir Alayon the dean of our
department and sir Celesio approve my favor to continue my
internship and also I very thankful my major teacher ma’am Villaver to
handle me subject that not enroll.

Day 5
This is my fifth day and my 2 nd week of internship program. Today, I
started doing my task to check the module of the grade 9 student. It
was not that easy to check and understand their answer especially in
reflection but it really took me whole day to partly finish there module.

Day 6
Today is my day six in internship program. I joins our math zoom
class with my cooperating teacher whole day During our online video
conferences, I we learn a lot of technic how to handle the class in the
new normal it is very hard in first but when I see how my cooperating
teacher do the class I understand and get the technic . I also
experienced the burden of my cooperating teacher and I learned to be
patient, understand, and kind towards students. But when we don’t
have class I check the module of the grade 10 studen

Day 7
Today is my day 7 of internship program. I joins our math zoom class
with my cooperating teacher whole day During our online video
conferences ,my cooperating teacher introduce me in the class and in
our vacant time we check the modules with my co intern.

NARRATIVE REPORT
Day 8
Today is my day 8 of internship program. We were having our
online video conference with my cooperating teacher. My cooperating
teacher this time introduce us the new upgrade in the zoom the
breakout where we can ground our student randomly and I very happy
because she share and explain to us the break out. And in the
afternoon we are busy to arranging the math modules of the grade 10
students because tomorrow is the day of realizing the 3 rd and 4th
module.

Friday
Day 9
Today is my day 9 of internship program. Today, is realizing the
module were the parents are coming to school to get the modules of
their children. We are busy compiling and arranging the modules from
different teachers.
We are glad to assist our cooperating teachers in disseminating the
modules and at the same time, practicing social distancing during the
release. And it is very challenging because at this time we should have
what we called patient because there is some parents are
unprofessional the way the talk to us.

Day 10
Today is day 10 the 1st day of the week of our internship program. I
join our math zoom class with my cooperating teacher whole day
during our online video conferences and at the end of the class; I
realized that not all students are fast learners. Some students need to
be facilitated by the teacher in order to grasp the lesson specially the
math subject.

Day 11
Today is day 11 of my internship program. This day we are all busy
with my co- interns because we are all making our task it is the module
it is very challenging because it is our first time to make a module and
we are very thankful to our cooperating teacher because they are
always there to us to guild and answer what we are asking about our
modules.

Day 12
Today is day 12 and the end of the month of my internship
program. This day we have 8:00 am math zoom class with my
cooperating teacher whole day and this day my cooperating teacher is
only discuss the entire topic that is cover of their monthly exam and in
my vacant time I continue making my module.
October 01, 2020

Day 13
Today is day 13 the 1st day of the month of our internship program.
I join our math zoom class with my cooperating teacher and after the
class my cooperating teacher checks my modules.
And in the afternoon we have a rosary in the SCC- Junior High
School Chapel for the opening of black rosary. And we offer candles for
the boys and flower for the girls.

Day 14
Today, is realizing the module were the parents are coming to school
to get the modules of their children. We are busy compiling and
arranging the modules from different teachers.
We are glad to assist our cooperating teachers in disseminating the

Day 15
Today is day 15 the of our internship program. This day our class is
so early and I prepared my materials for our class in grade 9 math.
When our class was end I relax and prepared myself for our 2nd and 3rd
class for this day.

Day 16
Today is day 14 of our internship program. I join our math zoom
class with my cooperating teacher and after the class my cooperating
teacher give me time to continue my module.
October 07, 2020
Day 17
Hi, good morning. Yes! This my 1 st time to come early in the morning
exactly 6:52am. I am very proud to my self hahaha. But my cooperating
had no schedule class in this day. So what I did in the half day I recheck
my power point presentation and review my topic.
In the afternoon, my cooperating teacher she ordered to arrange
the module 3 because tomorrow is the schedule of realizing for module
3.
October 8, 2020
Day 18
Today is a new day of our internship our program. I join our math zoom
class with my cooperating teacher and after the class my cooperating
teacher give me time to continue my module.
October 9, 2020
Day 19
Today, I started doing my task to check the module of the grade 9
student. It was not that easy to check and understand their answer
especially in reflection but it really took me whole day to partly finish

This day we are all busy with my co- interns because we are all making
our task it is the module it is very challenging because it is our first time
to make a module and we are very thankful to our cooperating teacher
because they are always there to us to guild and answer what we are

teacher whole day and this day my cooperating teacher is only discuss
the entire topic that is cover of their monthly exam and in my vacant
time I continue making my module.

Today is my day 7 of internship program. I joins our math zoom class
with my cooperating teacher whole day During our online video
conferences ,my cooperating teacher introduce me in the class and in
our vacant time we check the modules with my co intern.

Day 23
In this day our cooperating teacher said to use that tomorrow is the
start of skeletal , in these memorandum we the interns are allowed to
go the campus if or CT are message to us if we can duty in that day .
