AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM
I, TERESITA SOLANO ALCORAN, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence
and postal address at #3416 Alvarez Compound, Maybunga, Pasig City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am one of the heirs of the late JULIANA LOPEZ DE SOLANO
who died intestate in Pasig City on February 24, 2017 and left a
parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 014-63, Lot No. 2444
which property was bought by our grandparents from Felix Alcala,
consisting an area of 193 square meters, of which 82.50 sq.m. was
given by the parents of my mother to her brother DONATO LOPEZ,
and the remaining area of 110.50 sq. is the share of my mother;
2. That my mother had filed an adverse claim against the afore-said
Lot No. 2444.
3. In view of this, in order that the afore-said property may not be
disposed off, undersigned request for the annotation of my
Adverse Claim at the Assessor’s Office under the afore said Tax
Declarations of San Andres, Catanduanes to protect our
interest, as legal heirs of our mother over the said property, until
such time our case for Falsification of Public Document shall have
been filed .

1. That I am one of the heirs of the late JULIANA LOPEZ DE SOLANO
who died intestate in Pasig City on February 24, 2017 and left a
parcel of land located at Caitihan, Batong Paloway, San Andres,
Catanduanes as evidenced by Tax Declaration No. 11087 of
Municipality of San Andres, Catanduanes;
2. That my mother Juliana Lopez De Solano acquired said property by
succession from her mother Maria De Lopez;
3. That we discovered that said property was now transferred and
registered and declared under the name of RISALINA ANIEL, our step
sister by virtue of an alleged Deed of Sale , which is spurious and
according to our mother did not execute such document, (see
attached notarized Affidavit of Adverse Claim of Juliana Lopez De
Solano);
4. That my mother had filed an adverse claim against the afore-said
property with the Assessor’s Office of San Andres,
Catanduanes.
3. In view of this, in order that the afore-said property may not be
disposed off, undersigned request for the annotation of my
Adverse Claim at the Assessor’s Office under the afore said Tax
Declarations No. 11087 or OCT No.10929 for the Registry of
Deeds of San Andres, Catanduanes, to protect our
interest, as legal heirs of our mother over the said property,
until such time our case for Falsification of Public Document
shall have been filed .

Dear Sir/Madam:
This is a follow-up request on the Letter of my mother JULIANA LOPEZ DE
SOLANO, regarding the annotation of her ADVERSE CLAIM of her property
described under Tax Declaration No. 014-63, Lot No. 2444 and Lot No. 11087,
Lot No. 4746 which was transferred under the names of DONATO LOPEZ and
RISALINA ANIEL, respectively, now covered by Original Certificate of Title No.
10929 . (Attached hereto is the letter of my mother JULIANA LOPEZ DE SOLANO).
We are now in the processes of filing a case for Falsification of Public
Document against DONATO LOPEZ and RIZALINA ANIEL.
