3.Select “Call Type” as per urgency from the drop down topic.
4.Select “Required Deputation Date ” from the drop down calender.
5.Fill all other details as per below picture:-
Job description is very important, because it is the search key for
Engineer selection.
6.Click on“Submit” button to submit the AMC_Call Log Generation .

After submission call log Google form
Call will be logged with date & time along with and call status for further action .
All Department will have his own dashboard for monitoring his Call log’s on google sheet.
These sheets will be separately shared with your Gmail id’s today itself.
