Vitamin B12 Complex

Type: Tincture (aka liquid) - my preference

Calcium Magnesium
Type: Tincture (aka liquid) - my preference
Dosage: Calcium 600 mg | Magnesium 300 - 400 mg

Omega-3 Fish Oil

(look for those rich in EPA and DHA / at least 600 mg of DHA)
Dosage: 600 mg DHA
w/ food* (I take 200 mg 3 times a day (morning / afternoon / evening) with a
meal or banana or something light if no meal.)
(NOTE: I Do Not take Omega 3 supplements every day. I prefer to eat a 3.5 to 5 oz piece
of salmon, 2-3 times a week, to achieve recommended levels.)

Vitamin C
Type: Chewable tablet - my preference
Dosage: 1,000 mg
empty stomach | 30-45 mins before any food
(I usually get enough in my daily juice consumption, but if I feel I need more,
like during the winter months, I take chewable supplements.)

Vitamin E
Type: Softgels - my preference
Dosage: 400IU (aka ~268 to ~363 mg)
w/ food*
(I don’t take with regularity. If I’m staying at one location for an extended period
and am ordering something else, I will include a bottle.)

Additional Notes

— I take all in the morning except Fish Oil, which is 3 times a day (see above)
— I shake the wheat grass and acerola powder into a glass of OJ
— *When the dose is to be taken “w/ food,” and especially when I’m not consuming
a regular meal, I usually take with a banana or other piece of fruit or cracker or
something. Calcium and Omega 3 fish oil both say absorption is best if taken
with another fat, but I don’t really eat food that is consider fat, so I just eat
something little if no meal being consumed.
— I use to take 1/2 a multi-vitamin but stopped a few years ago since
I was benefitting enough from my other supplements and didn’t want to take
more than needed.
— I tried Chlorella during the summer of 2020 and used until I ran out. For the
price vs. the benefit I didn’t feel significantly different. Would consider again if
less expensive.
— I most often order of my supplements from iHerb.com & AntlerFarms.com
(wheat grass). I’ve also used CVS (store and .com). I don’t use
VitaminShoppe, GMC, or other local health food or chemist/drug stores
simply because I’ve come to trust the brands and quality consistency of
iHerb and AntlerFarms (the only place I’ve been able to find New Zealand
100% organic wheat grass).

Organic acerola cherry powder is always a challenge to find. iHerb stopped

carrying it. Then found the same brand at an Etsy shop for awhile. Then it
stopped carrying it. Now I get it from Walmart.com. It is an essential
component to maximizing my energy levels so I buy where I can find it.
