The key stake holders in the system are:

1. Administrator: The college administrator can perform all activities in this system-
From user creation to extracting information by running reports. The policy and
system governance is in the hand of the administrator.

2. Officer: Administrator can delegate roles and responsibilities to multiple officers


in the system. These users will have access to only a subset of functionality that the
administrotor wishes to grant. This will help in delegating work to people and making
sure that only concerned people have access to relevant features in the system.

3. Student: Students can get all information that pertains to academics, library, fees
and course enrollment. Access to real time information such as availability of books
in library, checking of marksheet as soon as it is released, fees payments and
reminders, online tests and assignment submissions will make life of student both on
and off campus easier and exciting.

4. Teacher: Teachers can have complete access to all course management activities.
They can communicate with their class through multiple avenues such as chat, blogs,
SMS, emails, which gives teachers the cutting edge in imparting education.

5. Parent: Parents can keep themselves updated with their ward's progress. Access to
attendance records and grade books keep them informed about their child's
