According to Kazmi,Pervez & Mumtaz (2011), “In-service training for teachers enables the
teachers to be more systematic and logical in their teaching style.” Primarily, in-service training acts as a
catalyst for teacher’s effectiveness wherein it is a way of updating teachers’ skills and knowledge for
improving teaching and learning which leads to better job performance and for them to face new
challenges and changes in the education world amidst the COVID 19 pandemic.

service training really helps teachers to grow professionally and widen their knowledge in different topics
related in teaching and management.

knowledge acquired in the teaching-learning process. It is vital that teachers to be abreast with the most
current concepts, thinking and research methods in their field as well as to promote professional growth
among teachers to improve excellent and effective teaching and learning environment for students. Lastly,
it enables teachers to acquire new understanding and instructional skills to develop their
