Ernst and young is a professional service multinational company. Headquarters is located at
London. It is one of the largest professional service network in the world along with deliotte
and KPMG and it is one of the gig four accounting firm. It primarily provides assurance
(which includes financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services to its clients.
In today’s complex environment, setting and executing a strategy to optimize the value across
all stakeholders of an organization has never been more challenging.

A program formulated in India, were guaranteed job for working mothers who have taken a
career break for child care within 5 years of leaving organisation
EY offers individual and group coaching throughout the parental leave period to help
employees transition back to work. To date the coaches have worked with about 700 parents.
They will update whether we are selected or not through proper medium or after the
interview its self and they will give feedback on the basis of interview
