Ernst and young is a professional service multinational company. Headquarters is located at
London. It is one of the largest professional service network in the world along with deliotte
and KPMG and it is one of the gig four accounting firm. It primarily provides assurance
(which includes financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services to its clients.

Ernst & Young Global Limited Business strategy

In today’s complex environment, setting and executing a strategy to optimize the value across
all stakeholders of an organization has never been more challenging.

A program formulated in India, were guaranteed job for working mothers who have taken a
career break for child care within 5 years of leaving organisation

Executive coaching for new parents

EY offers individual and group coaching throughout the parental leave period to help
employees transition back to work. To date the coaches have worked with about 700 parents.

1. Search for the job
The person who is looking for the job should first visit the career site of EY

two path first one is for professional and second one is for fresher’s choose as their
wish and click on job description on which you are suitable apply by attaching the
documents and conditions as mentioned. Click on apply job and we need to create a
profile and after completing we will get a conformation mail after we apply in it .
2. Prepare for the interview
After verifying there will be an interview as scheduled we need to attend face to face
video conference interview. To understand all the skills experience and nature they
will ask question which could help to understand that part

3. Offer letter or feedback and joining

They will update whether we are selected or not through proper medium or after the
interview its self and they will give feedback on the basis of interview
