Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High School
student has to undergo Work Immersion for 80 hours in an industry that directly relates to the
student’s post secondary goal.
Through Work Immersion, you will be exposed to and become familiar with work-related
environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence.
(i) gain relevant and practical industrial
skills under the guidance of industry experts and workers;
(ii) appreciate the importance and
application of the principles and theories taught in school;
(iii) enhance their technical
knowledge and skills;
(iv) enrich their skills in communications and human relations;
(v) develop good working habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect for work.

HOW TO CONDUCT ONSELF DURING WORK IMMERSION

2. Setting the mood of the students


The teacher will ask the students on how are things going in this time of pandemic and give
encouraging words.

3. HOUSE RULES

Listen.
Turn on your camera (if your connection is okay/stable)
Stay in a quiet place (no disruption).
Mute your mic while the teacher is discussing.

4. Discussion Proper

Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior


High School student has to undergo Work Immersion for 80 hours in an industry that directly
