Takshashila Consulting (TKC) offers a fellowship program to enable students to achieve corporate readiness in a
safe, structured, and live project environment, through the help from industry experts which not only help them
honing their industry skillset but also supports them in choosing the right career path. This program is
being designed to make students understand how consulting space operates and how they can become a true
consultant and a best problem solver in every aspect of life.
In addition to above, participation in TKC Think-tank fellowship program will be a real confidence builder for
students as they start building professional network which can be very resourceful for their career plus being
successful in the real world can inspire him to work harder and be more willing to take on challenges or be outside
of his/her comfort zone. Below are the details of the firm and the program.
A recap about the firm
Takshashila Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm, started almost 11 years back. TKC’s approach
is to completely embed itself within the client’s ecosystem, and virtually act as the arms and legs of the CEO and
provide him with the impetus and the bandwidth to take the right decisions and ensure execution until the goal is
achieved.
Our experience is spread across various Engagements in large Pharmaceutical companies, Telecom, Banking and
Technology Clients. We have done more than 1000 projects in different areas e.g., Digital Transformation,
Technology Intervention (App mindset), Capability Building, Customer Value Proposition Delivery, Assessments,
War-Room setups, and large-scale Operational Improvement Programs. We help the leadership teams of some of
the world’s largest companies as well as mid-sized firms in achieving breakthrough performances. Our
team consists of several ex-consultants of top management consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG etc.
In such uncertain times, where the meaning and depth of the business and corporate world is going through a
transition; as a consulting firm, we have understood and adapted ourselves, so we survived. We call ourselves a
“firm" because everyone here matters and what team members do impact the firm. Therefore, it is important that
we have the right people to create the right impact.

About the Fellowship

Moreover, a student will get a positive recommendation/certificate for successfully completing the fellowship

In addition to the above, for 30 outstanding participants will also be eligible to receive permanent employment
offer and to be part of real consulting engagement post the completion of their academic course.
B. Location: Our Head Office in Noida, UP

C. Tenure of the Fellowship: 4,6 & 8 weeks (students can opt for anyone)
D. Stipend: Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) per month
E. Fellowship Start dates: 01st April’21, 01st May’21 & 01st June’21 (In batches of 20 - 25 candidates)
F. Who Should Apply?

the best talent pool. This role is suited to people who are passionate about making a difference to enable growth in
the firm through problem-solving and experience-based judgment to complex challenges by focusing on the critical
issues. People with the following credentials should apply
1. Date of Birth on or after 1st January 1994 (min. 26 yrs.)

2. Academic Credentials
• MBA final year students (completed 3 semesters)
• More than 60% marks in 10th and 12th Exams
3. Work Experience
• Min. 1 year of experience post completion of undergrad is a must
4. Other key skills
• Strong people skills and an ability to engage all levels of the organization
• Prior exposure to working alongside senior management
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves’” and work at all levels of a client organization
G. Selection process
1. Online Assessment of ~1 hour (between 24th Mar'21 – 27th Mar'21). Candidates who will achieve cut off
marks will be eligible to move to final round.
