ENGINE TORQUE WILL BE CUT BACK TO 0% FOR A PERIOD OF 30 SECONDS. FULL TORQUE
WILL BE ALLOWED FOR A MAX OF 15 SEC WITH 0% OF 30 SECONDS TO FOLLOW. THE ONLY
 WAY TO CLEAR THIS FAULT CODE IS TO GET THE BOOST PRESSURE BACK TO GREATER
  THAN 1000MBAR ABOVE AMBIENT PRESSURE FOR A PERIOD OF 1 SECOND WHILE THE
ENGINE IS RUNNING. THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE BY USING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IN
    EITHER A STALL OR NORMAL DRIVE DURING THE 15 SEC UNRESTRICTED PERIOD.
THIS CODES IS ACTIVATED IF THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SPEED IS GREAT THAN
             3333 RPM AND THE TRANSMISSION IS SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL
