company requires carrying out an investigation into the perception of customers on their

shoes product. Such data will help joseph Brant Manufacturing Company to make

projections and formulate appropriate strategies to ensure survival of the company. The

data on customer perception towards the product will allow the analyze how its

However, qualitative approach is not without shortcomings, the study uses fewer

participants due to its time demand. Since it is subjective in nature, it is difficult to

generalize the research.
