downtime. A maintenance program allows you to manage your schedule rather than
getting caught with untimely surprises. This page shows the recommended
maintenance intervals.
Automatic Pallet Changer
Maintenance Item Interval
Clean debris from the APC and Receiver areas. Weekly
Clean debris from receiver pallet clamped switch. Weekly
Grease the plunger. Weekly
Clean the locating pins and bushings. Weekly
Inspect the pallet wipers. Monthly
Inspect the door for proper operation. Monthly

Automatic Tool Changer - SMTC

Inspect the arm plunger and adjuster assembly. Six

Clean and lubricate the pocket tool plungers. Six

Clean and lubricate the track on the carousel housing that the tool pocket Six
rollers ride on (SMTC30/50 only). Months
