1. The Student agrees and understands the Admission/Recruitment process of the programme offered by IBAS
& MGW or any IBAS/MGW partner.
2. The Student acknowledges that the accurate and right information has been provided by him/her for the
course requirements including credentials, language
3. The Student takes the responsibility of securing the passing
grades for the needed language skills (depending on programme requirements)
4. The Student agrees to submit all the aforementioned requirements within the deadline informed by the
organization.
5. The Student has signed the Application form and filled it with the correct information.
6. The Student understands the core value of his/her study plan and will be committed to complete the course
within the duration given.
7. The Student agrees to pay the Tuition fee on time to the Learning center as informed to him/her. IBAS/MGW
are not responsible for any payments, refunds or legal claims. By signing up via the named learning center
student accept that any legal claims are to be given directly to the learning center and IBAS/MGW are not
responsible for any refunds.
8. The Student understand that the organization shall not be responsible for any REFUND if student make
his/her decision of voluntarily withdrawing from the programme before or after starting the program or if
student pay tuition fee to IBAS/MGW’s partner
9. The global program series is not expected to now or later to be accredited by ACBSP. The programs are
however included in the IBAS institutional accreditations

Payment shall be due as stated in the offer letter.

Only the services contained in writing in the contract form shall be provided. Oral understandings,
separate notes or other agreements shall not be valid.
The legal venue shall be Switzerland and the competent Swiss courts shall be the sole judge in civil
cases.
