AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

That I, FLORA M. TANGLAO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a


resident of Lawy, Capas, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state –THAT :
1. That I am one of the buyers of a parcel of land with Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 043-2015010241 situated in the Barrio of Manlapig,
Municipality of Capas, Province of Tarlac with an area of TWELVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (12,786).
2. That upon receiving the subject title with Transfer Certificate of Title No.
043-2020001618 named after us (BUYERS), my name was not entered
and declared;
3. That my name was entered, encoded, and declared in the issued Deed of
Absolute Sale and Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) of the said
subject title;
4. That the correct list of owners is:
 CELIA M. TANGLAO
 FLORA M. TANGLAO
 SHERACEL T. CAPIZ
5. That I hereby request the Hon. Register of Deeds of Tarlac to correct the
list of names of the owners of the subject title after payment of the
required legal fees, thereof.
6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements and facts.
