Educator Evaluation Checklist

The instrument as a whole fulfills the
objectives needed for the research.
6. Objective.
Each item question requires only one specific
answer or measures only one behavior and
no aspect of the questionnaires suggests in
the past of the researcher.
7. Scale and Evaluation Rating
The scale adapted is appropriate for the item.

REMARKS The weight of each element was defined descriptively with clarity,
organization, suitability, balance and adequateness of the content in relation to the
objectives geared in the survey research questionnaire.
