Introduction
We want to introduce our new company “Uranta” and we want to launch our new product
which is basically a “Bicycle” but totally different from other Bicycles. This Cycle is
easily portable that you can use for our day-to-day life. By researching and analyzing the
market we came to know about our competitors and also found that there is no Bicycle in
our country which can be folded and as well as portable. This Bicycle comes with built in
Anti-theft system. So, if you lost your Bicycle you can easily detect where the cycle
exactly located. So, whether you are going to office, University, or School this is the
perfect solution for all. In the Body we are going to talk about our Business Plan,
Marketing and Selling Strategy, Target Market, Positioning, Offers and Promotions,
Market Research and Customer Relationship Management and in the conclusion we are
going to give our opinions. All in all it’s a Bicycle for all generation and we are assuming
that everyone will love it.

Marketing Strategy
The life blood of our portable folding bicycle business is its customer’s value creations.
Now we are describing some criteria how we will creating value of the product for our
portable folding bicycle product.
Understand what drives value for our customers: At first we are need to talk with
them also survey and market research with them. Then we are focusing their actions and
reactions about our product. We are capturing as much info on our customers as we can
understand what is important to our customers and what opportunities we have to help
them.
Understand our product value proposition: The value of our customers receives is
equal to the special benefits of our product. What value does our product create for our
customers? What does product cost them? Then what makes special for customers.
Given more benefit than our competitor: Giving a low cost price that makes our
Customer believe they are getting more than he pays for the benefits and gets versus
competitive offers to them.
Create total customer satisfaction: Creating customer value of our customer that we
will be in our customer total customer satisfaction. How they will believe that? Making
or creating some factors of our product that will be differentiation of our industry and our
competitor.
Advertisement
Whether we are want to promote our portable bicycle. Advertising is essential in today’s
competitive marketplace
Facebook: Facebook is a social media that’s why we are easily promote in our product
basis on Facebook like we can use our company officials webpage , or we can post our

product in different types page , or now Facebook became new offer give to us that we
are going to ads to Facebook shops and create buy or sell groups.
You tube: YouTube is a great place to promote our product. To promote on YouTube,
grab our camcorder, take a video of the product folding bicycle and upload our YouTube
channel. Also we can make a video the benefit of our product and how used our product.
Newspaper and TVC Ads: Newspapers have started designing ads in a way that attracts
our buyers. The sellers should choose the right newspaper and the right space
positioning. The ads should be created in such a way that they make mention of the
contact details of the product.

Marketing Analyses: SWOT Analyses
The following SWOT analysis captures the key strengths and weaknesses within the
company, and describes the opportunities and threats facing Wheelie Deals.
Strength:
Strong relationships with many different manufacturers, often negotiating an
exclusive distribution deal with them.
Excellent staff who are well-trained cycling enthusiasts who recognize the need to
ensure complete customer satisfaction.
A wide selection of goods.
Weakness:
The difficulty of raising visibility among all of the perspective customers.
The nature of the industry which does not have a smooth, constant flow of goods.
Predicting what products will sell is difficult and since closeouts by their nature
are purchased in big lots, a wrong choice could create a glut of inventory.
Opportunity:
Bycicle Deals' business model addresses the problem that the retail industry faces
decreasing margins.
The ability to spread fixed costs over a larger area as sales increase, increasing
profit margins.
While the bicycle industry is affected to some degree by the circular nature of the
economy, bicycle and accessory sales never fall completely flat since there are
many people that ride bikes regardless if it is economic boom or bust.
Threats:
Entry into this market niche from an established distributor, recognizing this is the
area for growth in the industry.

A decrease in the willingness for manufacturers to sell their closeouts to retailers
via wholesalers, instead selling all of their excess directly to the mail order
houses.
Objectives
We will do certain amount things that our competitors are not doing. But we are mainly
focusing on this. Such as-
Market Analysis Every Week: To find out either our product is going good or going
bad in the market. So that, we can figure out what our customer wants from us.
Attending Professional Conferences: By doing this we can easily know about our
competitors and what are they offering right now?
Seeking on competitor’s website: By this we will able to find out about their branding
style, offers and promotions etc.
Social sites and Media: Every competitor has an official accounts in the social sites.
Like- Facebook, Tweeter, Instagram, Google + etc. We will also advertise our product
through Television and Radio programme. Because most of our competitors are not
giving proper feedback and not giving the latest information about their new products and
also about their upcoming products. But we will not do all this for customer satisfaction
we will do for Total customer satisfaction.
Strong Customer Relationship: We are mainly focusing on how to maintain a good
relationship with our customers. Because we believe that if we maintain good
relationships with customers then that group of people will be loyal to us and they will
automatically tell other people to buy our products.
Positioning: Positioning how your product is unique from my competitors. Many
competitors failed due to good positioning. But we believe “Name vanishes but Fame
doesn’t”. There are some offers I will provide for my customers. This are-

Warranty: We will offer one year service warranty to our customers. By good
servicing if we make them loyal to us then it will be beneficial to us.
Organizing a Contest or Giveaway: We will organize a contest and choose a
winner to giveaway our product. Then if you giveaway your product then
customer will make your product more memorable.
Holiday Promotions: Customers always like to spend more during the holidays.
So, it is the perfect time to get creative with our promotion and use the theme of
the holiday, to sell our products.
Flash sale: A flash sale is basically an offer that only lasts for a limited time. We
will promote via email and on social.
Discount: We will give discount on our accessory products. Like- Helmet, Grip,
Jersey, Gloves, Water Bottle Carrier etc. We will also provide discounts on our
new product launching like-Scratch card etc.
How to attract customer…
To attract is the important think an organization. Because as a manager to the main focus
on the profit. At the time it is a very deeply working to attract an organization. They are
various ways to attract. Like-
Discount.
Gift.
Promote.
Now I want to discuss above these things-
Discount: An organization wants to increase their sell. When an organization facing the
some problem while the portable folding bicycle selling failed than the expectation at that
time an organization will decide the discount.
Gift: An organization there are many types of folding bicycle and many types of price.
When a person buy a bicycle will give one or two gifts include with bicycle

Retain: Another thing is retaining for an organization. Customers will not come back to
an organization for our product bicycle then the organization will be failed as well. We
will retain the customer to our organization they are some points.

We are planning to measurer to closely monitor our product quality, brand awareness,
brand image, and customer satisfaction. This will enable our company to react quickly in
correcting any problems that may occur.
Conclusion
Folding bicycle are a practical and easy form of transportation that can be very portable,
easily stored, and good for the environment and also a good tool for exercise. It is a good
alternative to the normal bicycle because of its portability features. These are mainly
strong, reliable and approved folding bicycle to choose from on our store and our sellers.
Be sure to consider factors such as the ease of folding, ease of riding, size, weight,
handling and durability and price of the product before making a purchase. Finding the
right one can make the cycling and travelling experience more enjoyable to ours.
