Q1: How would you explain the nature of the panel interview Maria had to endure?

were carelessness, what would you do to improve the interview process at Apex
Environmental?

A1: The nature of the panel interview was intentionally set up in a way that it would ask
irrelevant questions to the person being interviewed. The sole purpose of asking these irrelevant

faced with uncertain situations.

additional information would help you make your decision?
A2: Yes, if I were in Maria’s place, I would take the job. The job itself was perfect. The job
specification, the industry and the firm’s location were suitable. If the salary and the working
hours were also suitable for me, I would take the job.
