Payment: 100% to be paid through Irrevocable transferrable LC at destination port by SWIFT MT-103 Wire
Transfer only for both Trial and Main Quantity from top 25 Banks or MT 700 .

Tittle & Risk: The consignment title and risk changes from Seller to
Buyer upon Seller getting 100% Payment.

Procedure
A) Buyer accepts by putting seal and signature on each page of FCO . Buyer also
need to provide KYC details like passport copy and company registration certificate.
B) Buyer and Seller sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), where
Delivery protocol is delineated. Each page must be initiated.
C) With 7 banking working days after signing of SPA buyer has to issue LC draft.
Buyer's bank issues Draft Normal Transferable Irrevocable LC via swift message to
Seller Bank and One Copy to Buyer.
E) After SPA and LC draft Seller will provide POP video with Buyers company name
with copper stock.
F) When Buyer finds POP satisfactory, Buyer opens LC
G) As Seller Bank give Confirmation of Receiving of Original LC Seller Start
Preparation of Shipment.
H) Upon final assay at Buyer Destination port, in under 24 / 48(twenty four / forty
eight) banking hours, Buyer submit the paper and SGS report and Seller’s bank
account issue payment.
I) Upon confirmation of payments, Seller releases ownership to Buyer
