KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This instrument was made and executed by LOLITA C. LAGUERDER, of legal age,
Filipino, widow and a resident of PEO Road, Brgy. Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan;
WITNESSETH:
That I am the sole heir of the deceased ROGER P. LAGUERDER JR., who died on
February 18, 2018 in Blk. II, Lot 41, Phase II, Cista Italia, Mambog III, Bacoor, Cavite;
That the deceased left a certain motor vehicle and more particularly described as
follows:

outstanding debts or accounts;
This settlement of Estate is subject to the liabilities imposed by Section 1, Rule 74 of
New Rules of Court in the Philippines in favor of any heirs, creditors or other persons who may
be deprived of their lawful participation in the said estate.
WITNESSETH FURTHER:
That for and in consideration of the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(₱200,000.00), Philippine Currency, to us in hand paid to our full satisfaction by BENJAMIN J.
CELESPARA, JR., of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Good Samaritan HOA, Brgy.
Sicsican, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, do hereby SELL, CONVEY, and TRANSFER unto said
VENDEE, BENJAMIN J. CELESPARA, JR., his heirs, assigns, and successors in interest, the
above-described motor vehicle;
That I further declare that the said described vehicle is free from liens and/or
encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claim/s whatsoever.
