The applicant may email a scanned copy of unified requirements in pdf format through
graduateschool @rtu.edu.ph, with subject line format: Surname_First Name_Middle

2. Screening of the initial requirement by the Dean’s Office
3. The successful applicant will be notified with regard to the result of the screening, payment
process and online examination schedule.
4. The online examination passers will be notified of the result and interview schedule. The
applicant will be interviewed by the program chair or by the Dean thru Facebook messenger
5. The applicant will receive an email indicating the outcome of the interview.
6. The applicant must secure RTU Medical Health and Record Form. Bring the form to any DOH
Accredited Health Care Facilities to request a Medical Certificate, an X-ray and a drug test.
7. Send medical results to clinic@rtu.edu.ph with subject line format:
GS_FULL NAME_CAMPUS(Boni/Pasig)
8. Send all original documents to your respective campus in a long brown envelope.
Graduate will forward it to Records to secure temporary student number.
9. The students will receive an email with temporary student number. Then the student must
download and fill out completely the pre enrollment form and send it to
graduateschool@rtu.edu.ph with subject line format:
StudentNumber _Surname__FirstName_MiddleName _Program_Campus
(GS office will collate and forward the list to MIC/EDP).
10. The student will be notified once it is evaluated and processed for a printed registration form.
11. Bring a copy of printed registration form to any Landbank Branch for Payment

12. Access RTU Website and click Google Form Link for ON CALL PAYMENT details submission:
13. Student will receive a confirmation via email( Officially Enrolled ) upon successful submission
of the Google Form and/or will receive student number and Portal log-in information
