Policies

1. Recitation every meeting. Once called to recite, student will recite for the entire period,
2. Everyone who goes in zoom meeting after the class has started is considered late.
Penalty: Will recite for the entire period
3. For bathroom breaks, message Atty. Al
4. Cheating during exams = failing grade
5. Attendance matters. There will be incentives for perfect attendance.

Discussion

1. Feel free to ask questions regarding PIL during class


2. Must be up to date with NEWS and CURRENT EVENTS
3. Encouraged to argue with Atty but must still observe courtesy and respect

Grading System

Prelim Exam 30%


Final Exam 30%
Class Standing 20%
Moot Court 20%
