Purpose of the position -
The Deliver Safety Officer will be responsible for selecting suitable drivers for Product vehicles and packaged vehicles and to impart training to all the drivers in accordance with Linde policies and procedures. He/she will be responsible for Planning/control/support/implement various training programs of Linde. Review the common concerns with the drivers and escalate it to the location Distribution In charge & Area Deliver Safety Officer. Work out proposal to address safety concerns and drive the same for effective implementation. Follow up with concern team for addressing driver's concerns.
Deliver officer position will be responsible for deliver shift operations for his / her assigned location. He / She steer day to day logistics operations in coordination with all stockholders meeting business requirements. Safety, quality, statutory, operational efficiency & reliability are the key deliverables for the position in order to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability in sustainable manner.
The Role - We are looking for Trainee Engineers for our business who would be groomed for the role of Deliver Executive. The brief job description is as follows:
• Keeping track on the tenure of transporter agreements, renewal of agreements on expiry
• Coordinating on the travel and accommodation arrangements for Cluster Head Distribution (also Distribution Team for specific group travel / events) with Linde Guest Houses / Hotels, Travel desk and empaneled travel agents • Filing of documents and ensuring ensure safe custody of all Distribution Dept. files / CDs • Ensure safety, reliability, efficiency, fleet and tank management, contractor and driver management, productivity
Location: Across India
Stipend: Rs 5,00,000/- p.a
