2. Transfer shall be allowed only for valid reasons, such as, but not limited to:
2.1 Transfer of residence;
2.2 Problem of relationship with consultant/resident that cannot be reconciled by the
training officer;
2.3 and Threat to safety, health and well-being.
3. The incoming postgraduate interns shall be oriented on the policies and procedures by
the medical school as well as by the hospital.

2. Click the link “Register Account” (A) or “HERE” (B) at the
main page

3. Completely fill out the registration form. Please note that the picture
to be uploaded should be of quality and passport-standard.

4. Click the button “Submit User Registration Details”. Once submitted you
should be receiving a confirmation email of registration.
2. When updating your user profile, ensure that the password is re-entered
prior clicking “Update User Profile” button.
8.You will only be seeing hospitals with open slots. The number of available
slots is denoted next to the name of the hospital.
10. To monitor the status of the application, click the “View Here” link.
Key Points to Remember
1. At this juncture, the applicant will not be doing any more actions except to
monitor the status of his/her application
1. No applicant shall upload his / her credentials. The official uploads are
those coming from the medical school.
1. Hospitals shall have the full contact details of the applicant and can
download the true copy of grades and dean’s certification.
3. Hospitals will not be able to see his ranking among the choices of the
applicant.
3. There are 2 possible results that a hospital could record: Accepted OR Not
Accepted.

5.The applicant will be matched to the highest ranked hospital that has
accepted his/her application. Being ACCEPTED does not necessarily that
is applicant is already MATCHED in the hospital.
3.Only the hospital where the applicant has been matched will be known to
him / her. Results for the other hospitals will not be visible.

4. I was not matched in the 1st round, how can I apply for the 2nd round?
Log to your E-NIPS account and click “Apply for Internship”. In the
dropdown list of hospitals, you will be seeing hospitals with remaining slots
after 1st round. Select hospital choices. The application will immediately be
forwarded to the selected hospitals. No re-uploading and re-validation of
documents anymore since it has been done in the 1st round already.
5. I did not apply in the 1st round, can I register for the 2nd round instead?
Yes, of course. Procedures for 1st round application will still be followed
including documents uploading and validation.
11. Frequently Asked Questions
6. I was not matched in the first two rounds, how can I apply in walk-in?
Log to E-NIPS to check the remaining slots after 2nd round. Unlike in the
first two rounds, you will not going to select hospitals from the system during
walk-in round. Secure a letter of endorsement from APMC then visit your
preferred hospital. Return the letter of acceptance to APMC for encoding into
E-NIPS.
