PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

1. IT Recruiter at ITD CONSULTING (From August 2020- PRESENT)

Roles and Responsibilities:-


 Sourcing/screening of candidates profiles, shortlisting profiles, candidate tracking, interview
schedules and follow-up, processing CV's, updating / maintaining internal Database etc.
 Analyze requirements according to the specifications mentioned by the hiring managers. Profiles
sourcing according to technical stack provided by the technical team as well the business
requirements.
 Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, Referencing etc. to
fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
 Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills,interest
level, availability, salary, etc.
 Gathering pre-close information (candidate's present/expected compensation,etc.).
 Following up with the candidates till he/she is on board.
 Involved in complete Recruitment Life Cycle after acquiring by NowFloats. - Sourcing,
 screening, Shortlisting, and Interviewing. - Compensation and Benefits.

2. HR intern at FROG CELLSAT LTD.(From May 2019-July2020)

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Handle end to end recruitment process.
 Calling the candidates and scheduling their interviews.
 Manage the attendance and employee files.
 Conduct induction programs for the new employees.
 Team handling skills to deliver efficiency on board.
 Posting job on various online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn…etc.
 Know about various HR policies of the company.
3. HR Intern at Hotel Maurya (From June 2016- July 2016)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Screening potential employees resume and application form.
