My Masters of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Power Systems enables me to have an operational and conceptual
understanding of all energy generation and power supply equipment. Interning with FELI Sarl, restoration of client generators
and electrical installations with a five months guarantee issued. A diesel genset station for an off-grid home had its design done
by my team under my lead consisting of two generating sets. The outcome was to install two generators, a 50KVA and a
200KVA with an automatic transfer switch to switch between the two generators for efficient fuel consumption.
Being a Technical Director for Gemandze and Partners Consultants ltd gave me the real experience on executing a renewable
energy project from design to installation. Subcontracting for other firms in servicing their electonic and electrical devices
developed my ability in sourcing for the best value for money and a deaper technical know-how on rapid troubleshooting an
repair.
As a Power Planning Engineer intern for the Mobile Telephone Networks Cameroon (MTNC), I developed subcontractor
management skills. Efficient subcontractor followup on power generation and cooling systems maintenance. I worked with;
CFAO, OMNIUM, IHS and KALFRELEC. I had two 1000KVA, two 630KVA and all other owned generators managed for a
reliable operation.
General Maintenance Engineer for Africa Eye Foundation's facilities. I became responsibile and made reports to higher
management on equipment status. I planed preventive and curative maintenance actions. Supervision of all subcontractors in
the technical domain for the efficient use of available resources.

My training as an engineer enables me to have a critical problem analysis mindset, project evaluation to returns on investment,
project management, patience sourcing from equipment supplier offline and online.
A clear understanding of using safety wears such as eye protection, gloves, shoes and precedures when working with power
tools.
Development of call to tender documentation. Some of which included; solar power sytem, solar project supervisor and
construction of a borehole on behalf of Africa Eye Faoundation.
Reading of technical drawings, interpretation of specifications, schedules, manuals for construction projects, installations and
upgrade repair of infrastructures are some of the skills and competencies used within Africa Eye Foundation (AEF) in
accomplishing projects such as the design of a 140 KW solar power system with 150 KW solar inverters, 260 KWh of battery
and 54 KW battery inverters, civil works, plumbery and the execution of other projects within AEF. At MTN Cameroon, the
validation of the construction quality of base transceiver sites, civil works structural resistivity, generator capacity, battery and
cable quality to supply the equipments of the transmission antenna site.
In MTN Cameroon head quarters in Douala, I evaluated the project of converting all the flourescent lamps to LED which
resulted to a 40% operational efficient for adoption nationwide.
In Africa Eye Foundation_MICEI, a study on energy efficiency proved to reduce the battery capacity for its solar project by
45%.
I developed the physical inventory for the General Maintenance Department in Africa Eye Faoundation.

The UNHCR ensures international standards of protection for girls, boys, women and men while working to find durable
solutions to their situation which is in line with my aspirations of serving those in need of a living condition improvement. Also,
serving as an electrician aligns perfectly with my training, skills and compitences to maintain the proper operation of all UNHCR
facilities in archieving her goal.
This position does also aligns with my aspiration of being an agent of impact by properly managing the facilities owned by the
UNHCR in meeting goal and changing lives for the better. Becoming part of the UNHCR, I also aspire to grow within the
organisation and to bocome a better version of myself.
