Title: Associate Analyst

Function: Survey Analytics

Sub-Function: Data Processing


Reporting relationship

Reporting to First Line Supervisor


Direct Reports Nil

Key Responsibilities
Functional

o Understand the Business of Ugam


o Understanding the project requirements
o Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
o Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor when needed
o Participating in meetings with clients to understand their requirements
o Write programs to check the data for any errors using data processing tools/platforms/software like
Quantum/Unicom Dimensions (TOM)/Wincross/Sherpa Ruby or Askia
o Analyze and tabulate Market Research data by using data processing tools/platforms/software, to
create tabulation programs and additional analysis, run data checking programs.
o Deliver error free output and seek help from supervisor to execute multiple projects
o Establish and maintain data processing files
o Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures,
Information security practices, laid processes, attendance procedures, etc.
o Participate and contribute in review meetings.

Qualification − IT/CS/EXTC Graduates

Certifications − NA
Skills
Technical/Domain − MS Office
− Programming knowledge preferred
− Familiar with any programming language like C/C++, VB,
Java etc.
− Knowledge in JQuery and JavaScript would be an added
advantage
