Analysis:

Answer the following questions:

• What does healthy self-esteem mean to you?
For me healthy self-esteem is having a good feeling about yourself.
You are confident in what you are and you know your worth. And also, it is
about accepting your flaws and still being proud of it.
• What do you love the most about your body?
What I love the most about my body is everything except my tooth.
I’m really insecure with my tooth. I am ashamed to say this but I don’t have
front tooth and whenever I see women who smiles beautifully, I really
became insecure. I know I shouldn’t but I can’t help it. During our CWTS
subject we had an activity I can’t remember the name of the game but the
game is the host say two things and you would only choose one. There
was a question that, if you were to choose, lose all your hair or lose all
your tooth, and all of them choose the first one and I would actually pick
the latter since there’s already nothing left in me but I was afraid and even
the host was laughing because no one choose to lose all their teeth. I even
dream about having a perfect tooth that can smile beautifully like those
girls. I wish the time will come and I can fully accept everything about me.
• What are the things you are good at?
The things that I am good at is first I can easily adapt on things
especially now in our new type of learning I can’t say that I am already
comfortable with it but I can say that so far, I’m doing good. Aside from
that I am also good at making new friends and keeping secrets.
• When do you feel self-sufficient?

• How often do you doubt your professional/ personal competence?

• What could be a problem if your looks do not match your physical
standards?
• Based on the activity above, what is the significance of your score? Do you
agree with the result?
