Dear Madam:

The Bunawan District I will be conducting the 1st Quarterly National Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill on March 10, 2020 at East Bunawan Central Elementary School;. This is in
compliance to Division Memorandum No. 24, s. 2020.

This earthquake drill aims to equip and capacitate the pupils, faculty, and staff to
respond properly in case of emergencies. Teachers will undergo basic orientation regarding
disaster and risk reduction, reviewing designated assembly areas and safe zones and inspecting
existing infrastructure. This information will then be put into practice through the earthquake
drill. Evaluation and discussion of comments and suggestions will then be conducted after the
drill.

In this regard, we would like to request MR. AREAN A. AMERO – MDRRMO to facilitate
in conducting the said earthquake drill.

His presence would mean a lot not only for our staff but to all our pupils.

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

The Men’s Ministry International (MMI) of Mambalili and Hagnaya Free Methodist Church is an
organization of husbands and fathers in the Free Methodist Church and organizead to
strengthen and encourage the father in their walk with God through their life. Its vision is to
strengthen the faith and provide a healthy environment for the individual growth especially in
their spiritual and moral aspect.

To achieve this vision, our organization will hold a Sports League Fellowship that caters to all
the MMI in the Heritage Conference this coming March 28, 2020 onwards. We need to raise
funds for our uniforms and the needs during the said event.

In line with this, we would like to ask your benevolent heart to be our partner in this great
event. We believe that every seed sowed out of the good of the heart will produce a great
harvest. Your generosity and love would greatly contribute in the realization of this endeavor.
