Two-day training Program on ‘Embedding Positivity at Workplace’ for IFS is going to be
organized at School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University during January 14-15, 2021 with financial support from Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India. This online training program exclusively for IFS officers will provide an insight regarding the contagious role of attitude and how the ripple effect of one’s attitude can cause significant impact on the positive environment at workplace. This interactive online training program aims to understand how a positive attitude can facilitate in creating and enhancing positivity at workplace. It will help the officers to equip themselves with the various constituencies of positive attitude which may act as catalyst in embedding positivity at workplace. The Two days Training programme is planned exclusively for those IFS officers whose names appear in the list of trainees provided by sponsoring ministry for this event.
