05 Flowatch Bin Log Procedure To USB Memory

FLOWATCH Multiphase Flow Meter

BIN files logging procedure

Prior to start the logging please be


sure to insert the USB memory
stick on the appropriate port.
cRio Flow Computer USB port

1. From HMI main page select “Flow


Computer Setup” button
2. Select from the option “USB memory”

3. Click the activation led to make it ON


4. The options of:
- “continuing logging” to already inserted USB stick
OR
- Log to a new USB stick
- will appear and ask for a selection of one of the two

5. A new input window appear and ask for the


size of available memory on the USB.
Insert the value of real available memory
(16 in case of empty USB).

6. Select SEND button to confirm

7. A final confirmation request apper, click OK


to confirm

8. Select “SAVE CHANGE” button to activate


the logging
9. At this point the system initiate the logging and wait
for the top of the minute for start logging.

10. BIN log will be on and correctly working only if the


time stamp will appear and been updated every
second.

The information of the remaining available logging


days is available on the “FLOW COMPUTER
SETUP” menu
Make bin log OFF
1. From HMI main page select “Flow
Computer Setup”

2. Click the activation led to turn BIN LOG OFF

3. Click Save changes to confirm


At this point the BIN LED came back and show the
bin log state OFF
