Cauliflower
Munchies
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower
1 medium egg
½ cup cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ tbsp salt
¼ tbsp pepper
¼ celery
½ cup ketchup
oil
Tool Needed:
mixing bowl
spatula
non-stick pan
saucepan
knife
chopping board

Procedure:
1. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for
about 5 minutes. Drain and finely chop the cooked cauliflower.
2. In a mixing bowl, add cauliflower, egg, bread crumbs, celery, cheese, salt and pepper.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the mixture into munchies shape.
4. Heat the non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and fry the munchies. Flip the other side
until golden brown.
5. Put the cooked munchies in a clean plate. You may serve it with ketchup. Enjoy!
