COLD CALLING SCRIPT

ALWAYS GET CONDTION AND PRICE BUT AT LEAST CONDITION!!

Hi, I'm looking for (FIRST NAME SELLER),

This is (YOUR NAME) ... I know this call is out of the blue, but I was calling
about a property I believe you own at _________?

I just wanted to see if you would consider a offer on your property there!?

Well… we purchase properties cash…we close quickly, and buy properties

OVER 10 YEARS. Just reaching out to see if you would consider selling?

Extras- When given seller ball park price number--- “Obviously it is a


conservative offer contingent on property being in good condition. But we can
close within 3-4 weeks if we can meet on price”
“We pay all closing cost, title company insures my money and insures your
money when we get title insurance policy on property. We pay for all of that”
