Basic Interview Questions

The document lists common interview questions in two categories: basic questions about work experience, strengths, weaknesses, career goals and fit for the role; and more personal questions about work style, achievements, personality, life dreams, regrets and views on leadership. The basic questions probe the candidate's qualifications and motivation for the job, while the personal questions aim to understand the individual's character, values and how they would fit into the company culture.
