1, What is it ?

 Littering : xả rác
- address the question .................
- probaly guess -> prevalant -> in different toward this behavior.
- most people are ok with littering, except for a few to pick up the slack.
- pollution is at alarming level -> rivers are contaminated -> so junk yards
are everywhere ( near ........... )

 Whenn the law take effect ( effective), fine will be raised to the deer
littering
 If somebody is caught-red-handed ( bắt quả tang ), they will be put
in jail/ incarcerated .

2, Would be essay ?
Ok, so ........... ( câu dẫn ), it woudn’t be breeze. they are unwilling to
change. some people might ignore and not take it seriously.

3, Will be it popular ?
Most people against it, ........... of vital importance -> you gotta do what
you gotta do ( làm gì thì làm )
4, Benefit of such a law ?
- When this law is institued a number/range/myriad/ of................

- Air quality will be improved.


- Water source will be purified.

1, What are some enviromental problems in Viet Nam ?


- air pollution is a pressing problem are more likely to contract respiratory
diseases ( lung cancer .........)
- water combination : people in rural areas have limited acess to clean
water.
- illegal jogging ( cut down ) -> flood will become serve in Viet Nam.
- wildlie smuggling ( trộm động vật ) -> cause an imbalance in ecosystem (
mất cân bằng sinh thái )

2, What are goverments around the world doily to tackle this problem ?
- dedicate goverment funding to places struck with ( giáng xuống ) natural
disaster.
- establish relief ( cứu trợ ) commitees to assit developing country.
- institue laws to curb/deter illegal activities that are threatening the
enviroment.
3, Why so serious ?
- Firstly, some of them are directly affected by the devastating by the
consequense of............
- Secondly, ................. threaten the future of our posterity/future
generation ( thế hệ mai sau )
For example : you know climate change, when at the ice melt, sea level
rises and it submerge ( nhấn chìm) area that are low/lowland

-> flee to higher grounds.


Free college education. Agree or disagree ?
It is believed that people should be entilised to free tertiary education,
regadless of to social economic status. This essay is going to argue this
policy is counter productive, and student loans and schoolarship are better
alternative to.
Offering college education completely free of charge is likely to have an
adverse/detrimental effect on student’s performance. Because at present,
undergraduates have to pay for their educates, they tend to/generally take
effect seriously and apply/exert themselves to earn good grades(điểm tốt ).
If they are no longer required fullfill this financial obligation, they have an
indifferent attitude towards their study and lose this incentive/motivation
to leave. For example, they may skip lectures and miss exam. Because thet
feel failing a cause ( subject ) doesnot cost them any money. This type of
behaviors obiviously will result in poor performance and students will fail
to benefit from college.
Instead of using state budget to cover ( pay ) college tuition ( fee ). I
believe it would be better to allow students who cannot afford college
education to take own loans.This debt obligation was force them to be
deligent in their study and asprire (cố gắng) to better marks, which are of
paramount importance to securing a job to pay off their debt. As well as
this, merit-based grants should be awarded to students/indivisuals who
exel at school. The recipents/benefiaeries of financial aid must endecuor
(cố hết sức) to maintain to performance to ensure the renewal to of their
schoolarships because their support will be cut off their grades start to dip.

To conclude, I am of the opinion that, the state should not subsidize


college and make it free to all, and loans support and students are
preferable.
