Science 7 Weekly Home Learning Plan

(1) A scientific investigation is a process that involves observation, data gathering, experimentation and analysis. It is composed of several steps. (2) By making detailed observations of the world around you through your senses, you can formulate a question. This leads to a hypothesis, which is an educated guess to answer the question. (3) To prove the hypothesis, you need to conduct an experiment by designing and carrying out tests to collect data. The data is then analyzed to determine whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected.
