A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE GENERAL PARENTS TEACHER


ASSOCIATION FUNDS FOR SUBSIDISING THE SNACKS OF THE ATHLETES OF SAN
NICOLAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DURING THE INTRAMURAL MEET

WHEREAS, the General Parents Teacher Association (GPTA) is a recognized


association by the DepEd operating in the school mainly for the purpose of looking into the
welfare of the students as well as its members;

WHEREAS, the GPTA of San Nicolas National High School has been an active
organization since its inception, funding projects and programs of the school and to date
have unused funds at its disposal;

WHEREAS, the GPTA deems it appropriate and noble to assist students in the
contribution for their expenses during the Intramural meet as this would necessarily
unburden parents;

WHEREFORE, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Officials of the


GPTA of San Nicolas National High School to authorize the use of its funds for subsidizing
the snacks of the athletes during the intramural meet;
RESOLVED FURTHER to transcribe copies of this resolution and furnish same to all
concerned for the information and appropriate action

On motion of Mr. Boyce M. Ramos, duly seconded, the foregoing resolution was
unanimously approved
