Dear Madami,

Resignation from Training Retail Assistant

I would like to inform you my decision to resign from position as temporary retail assistant of
JJ Company in KL effectively a week from today, 20 September 2020. Although I have
enjoyed working, I cannot continue working because of my educational commitments.

I have been offered a place at UITM Puncak Alam to pursue Sarjana Muda in Accounting,
which start in 9th October. Therefore, thank you for the knowledge, experience and a great
team work from JJ’s staff. I will greatly treasure the experiences I have had at JJ Company

I appreciate the opportunity that you gave me to be a part of the staff from the first day until
the end. My contact details remain the same for the future communication with hope we will
keep in touch. I wish JJ Company continued success in the future.
