Ipinababatid po sa inyo na kayo ay nakasakdal sa Hukumang ito sa hablang
“Simple Disobedience”, at nasasaklaw ng 1991 Revised Rule on Summary
Procedure.
Kalakip po nito ang kopya ng sakdal at mga salaysay ng nagsasakdal
(complainant) at kanyang mga saksi (witnesses) .Karapatan po ninyo na pabulaanan
ang nasabing habla. Kayo po ay binibigyan ng sampung (10) araw simula sa
pagkatanggap ng mga nasasaad sa itaas nito upang maghain ng inyong ganting
pahayag o patatanggol na salaysay (counter-affidavit) at ganun din ng inyong mga
saksi sa Hukumang ito, at Tanggapan ng Panglunsod na Taga-usig, Lungsod ng
Calapan. Ang Tanggapan ng Taga-usig ay pwede ring maghain ng tugon sa loob ng
sampung (10) araw sa pagkatanggap ng inyong pagtatanggol na salaysay at gayon
din ng inyong mga testigo.
Ang inyong sinumpaang salaysay at gayon din ng inyong mga testigo ay
dapat pinanumpaan sa harap ng simumang opisyal ng pamahalaan na may
karapatan o otorisadong magpasumpa, kalakip ang pagpapatunay o sertipikasyon
na ang huli ay sinuri ang nanumpa kung nalalaman niya ito o kusang loob ang
kanyang sinumpaan. Sa gawin ninyo ito o hindi, sa takdang panahon ay
pagpapasiyahan ang sakdal batay sa mga katibayang nasa Tanggapang ito.
