actually works, for me anyway. Edward Palanker

Assume very fingering uses the register key and thumb unless indicted by
“no T or no R”, h = half hole for first finger left hand, o = opened, f = fork,
p = pinky in RH. Sk1 is the side Eb key. Experiment with or without the
pinky in the right hand for pitch and response.
